This was a late summer family session taking place at Vista Del Mar in Perdido Key, Florida. The conditions for the shoot were the type that many families panic because it was overcast and there were thunderstorms all around the area. However, these are some of my favorite conditions as it allows me to control the light better and the skies have a very dramatic appearance. Using portable strobes allowed me to add some depth and brightness to the portraits and take advantage of the scenery.
