This was the fourth time I had the pleasure of working with this lovely family, and it's always a wonderful experience. They are aware that I'm always eager to extend our sessions well past sunset if the atmospheric conditions are promising. For this particular photo shoot, it felt like we enjoyed three distinctive sessions in one evening. We commenced our time together near their beach house, capturing beautiful portraits of the kids, and then proceeded to a delightful group portrait on the house's steps. As the sun softened, we made our way to the beach, basking in the breathtaking golden hour light and seizing both poised portraits and spontaneous, heartfelt moments. Even after sunset, the sky continued to enchant us, providing a backdrop that inspired us to continue our session. It's during these moments that individual personalities truly emerge, and this family made the most of the splendid Dauphin Island sunset, resulting in a collection of truly remarkable photographs.
